  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 14 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 small bunch cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 9 corn tortillas
  • Avocado oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Pinch cayenne

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, mayo, lime juice, taco seasoning, cayenne, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat with avocado oil. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  4. Toss coleslaw with chopped cilantro, salt, and most of the sauce in a large bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas in a hot skillet for about 10 seconds each side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and slaw in tortillas; drizzle with reserved sauce.
