  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.

  4. Push the mushroom mixture aside; add beef strips and season with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides.
  5. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream until smooth.
