- 2 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¾ cup tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 6 large tortillas (burrito size)
- 6 tostadass
- 6 small fajita size tortillas (to close the wrap)
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1½ cup cheese, shredded
- 1½ cup romaine, shredded
- ½ cup salsa (optional)
- 1 avocado, sliced thin (optional)
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and rinsing the beans.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, jalapeño, tomatoes, black beans, and hot sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble the wrap by layering the bean mixture onto a tortilla along with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and optional toppings. Place a tostada on top and seal with a smaller tortilla.
- Cook the wrapped crunch wrap seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used and serve with optional dips.
