Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning until well mixed.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Spoon about ⅓ cup of the filling onto the center.
- Moisten the edges with water; fold up the bottom corner over the filling. Fold in both sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
