- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry shallots
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 1/4 cup pasta water
Instructions
- Boil pasta in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente.
- Mix seasonings (paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper) in a bowl.
- Pound chicken to thin; season both sides with the spice mix.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
- Cover and cook on medium-low heat until cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Remove chicken; melt butter in the same pan and add shallots and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in flour, chicken broth, and heavy cream until smooth; add parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with sauce; add reserved pasta water as needed.
- Slice chicken and mix into pasta before serving hot.
