- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough onto waxed paper, seal seams, and place in the pan over half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough layer.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough on top of the filling and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing into bars.
