Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Unroll one can of crescent dough onto waxed paper, seal seams, and place in the pan over half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough layer.
  6. Unroll the second can of crescent dough on top of the filling and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing into bars.
