- 1 lb wild-caught shrimp
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Avocado slices
- 8 6-inch tortillas (corn or flour)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, lime zest, and half of the cilantro to create the marinade.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
