  • 9 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 12-inch pie plate skillet with olive oil.
  2. Chop spinach and set aside.
