  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and dicing the vegetables and cubing the steak.
  2. Layer half of the diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add half of the cubed steak on top of the potatoes followed by half of the diced onion.
  4. Season this layer with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining potatoes, steak, onions, and seasonings.
  6. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all layers.
  7. Cover the slow cooker; cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until steak is tender.
  8. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add shredded cheddar cheese to allow it to melt before serving.
