- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup (56g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

- 1/2 cup (120ml) caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup (29g) powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and flour until well blended. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and eggs one at a time.
- Gently fold in chopped apples before pouring the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
