- 10g instant yeast
- 15g honey
- 35ml sunflower oil
- 225ml water
- 40g butter
- 25ml olive oil
- 5g salt
- 3g cayenne powder
- 2g coriander powder
- 3g garlic powder
- 3g onion powder
- 3g red bell pepper powder
- 2g cumin powder
- 100g Algerienne sauce
- 20g sweet soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, yeast, yogurt, honey, sunflower oil, and lukewarm water until smooth. Knead for 10–12 minutes and let rise for an hour.
- Roll the dough into circles and layer with butter and cheese.
- Cut into triangles, shape into crescents, and let them rise again.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden and mix with sauce.
