Description

  • 1 can (30 oz) fruit cocktail in juice
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 can (8 oz) mandarin orange slices
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 container (24 oz) sour cream
  • 1 box orange-flavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain all canned fruits using a colander and let sit for four hours or dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and orange Jello until fully mixed.
  3. Add the drained fruits and mini marshmallows to the bowl. Gently stir until well coated.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour, ideally four hours or overnight.
  5. Give the salad a good stir before serving chilled.
