Ingredients
- 24 oz salmon, cut into 4 portions
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pasta of choice (Barilla protein + recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Cut salmon portions in half to make four servings.
- Add olive oil and butter to the heated pan; place salmon skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
