  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line muffin tins with muffin liners.
  2. In a blender, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter; press into muffin tin bottoms.
  3. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, egg, baking powder, and protein powder until smooth; pour over crusts.
  4. Bake for 38-41 minutes until set.
  5. Heat frozen strawberries in a saucepan until liquid forms; let cool and pour over baked bites.
