- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika

- ½ cup honey
- 1 lemon zested
- ¼ cup lemon juice (or more)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1–2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss with wings until coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil. Arrange wings in a single layer and spray tops lightly with oil.
- Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings bake, combine honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, butter, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
