  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb turkey
  • 1/4 lb provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp banana pepper juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced red onion, chopped banana peppers, halved grape tomatoes, diced salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl or jar, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
