  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano; cook for another minute.
  5. In a bowl, mix together sugar-free ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise; add to the skillet and stir well.
  6. Transfer meat mixture to the baking dish and evenly spread it out.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the meat mixture.
  8. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and pour over the casserole.
  9. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
