Ingredients
- 1 pkg Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4–1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut small circles in the center of each roll without slicing through.
- Use your fingers or a small glass to create space in the rolls.
- Brush the inside and tops with garlic butter and toast for about 4 minutes until lightly golden.
- Add tomato sauce and a piece of mozzarella to each roll.
- Place warmed meatballs into the rolls and top with parmesan cheese.
- Add remaining mozzarella on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
