  • 1 pkg Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut small circles in the center of each roll without slicing through.
  3. Use your fingers or a small glass to create space in the rolls.
  4. Brush the inside and tops with garlic butter and toast for about 4 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Add tomato sauce and a piece of mozzarella to each roll.
  6. Place warmed meatballs into the rolls and top with parmesan cheese.
  7. Add remaining mozzarella on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
