  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3.4 oz. box instant lemon pudding
  • 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
  • 16 oz. tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and refrigerate.
  2. For the lemon layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice and milk, then mix in instant lemon pudding until smooth.
  3. Spread the lemon mixture over the chilled crust.
  4. Spoon blueberry pie filling on top and gently spread it to avoid disturbing the lemon layer.
