  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof bowl, whisk together the orange jello powder and boiling water until fully dissolved. Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
  2. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham Crackers, melted butter, and salt in a bowl; press into the bottom of the prepared pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the cooled jello mixture.
  6. Layer the mixtures alternately into the crust; swirl gently for a marbled effect.
