  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1618 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced, for serving)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced, for serving)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil and spices; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Shred the chicken and mix with cream cheese, salsa, spices, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and cheeses.
  4. Roll filling in tortillas; place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
