- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the shortening, unsalted butter, cream cheese, and crunchy peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy, then mix in the eggs one at a time.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture along with vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
