  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the shortening, unsalted butter, cream cheese, and crunchy peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy, then mix in the eggs one at a time.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture along with vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
