  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)

  • 2/3 cup sugar (or granulated erythritol)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, eggs, sugar (or erythritol), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
