  • 4 medium apples
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 3 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 and ½ cups granulated sugar
  • Salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the apple filling by cooking sliced apples with butter, sugar, and spices until tender.
  3. Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of the springform pan; bake for 10 minutes.
