  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 46 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a skillet until dark amber and fragrant.
  2. Combine brown sugar and granulated sugar with browned butter using a stand mixer. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, oats, chai spice blend, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Chill dough briefly before portioning into balls on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes until edges are golden.
