  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.

  6. Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
