Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 6 oz each)
  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)

  • ¼ cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear seasoned steaks for about 4–5 minutes on each side. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Add cream and Parmesan cheese to create a thick sauce.
