  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups Pretzels, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (for crust)
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (for cream layer)
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 lb Strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Dissolve Strawberry Jello in boiling water in a bowl; let cool to room temperature.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, mix with sugar and crushed pretzels; press into a greased baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir sliced strawberries into cooled jello; pour over the cream layer.
  7. Chill for at least 2-3 hours or until set before serving.
