  • 3¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)

Instructions

  1. 1. Crush the Golden Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust; press into a baking dish.
  2. 2. Prepare the blue layer by dissolving berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mixing in Greek yogurt, and folding in blueberries before pouring over the crust.
  3. 3. Create the cream cheese layer by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla, then folding in whipped cream; spread over the blue layer.
  4. 4. For the strawberry layer, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, add iced water, pour over the cream cheese layer, and top with sliced strawberries.
