  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar/Mexican blend)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion until soft (3-4 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add ground beef (or alternative) and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
