- Firm tofu

Instructions
- Crumble the pressed tofu into 1-inch chunks.
- In a bowl, mix nondairy milk, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and kala namak.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook tofu for 7 minutes until golden.
- Stir in the sauce mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
