Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce

- Whole grain bread (12 slices)

Instructions
