  • 2 very ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup precooked black beans
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Handful chopped cilantro

Instructions
